Iowa state residents are subject to sales tax.

Item(s) will normally be shipped out within 1 business day and no more than 2 business days after payment has cleared.

Etekcity Return and Warranty Policy

If you received a defective item or the product you received does not fit your needs you may return it for a replacement.

To request an exchange please follow the following steps:

1. Contact us via email at support@etekcity.com to request an exchange.
2. An RMA is assigned to each return.
3. Send the item back. Put RMA number on the shipping label.
4. You will receive the new item within 3-7 business days after we have received your item(s).

If you would like a refund for your order, please follow steps 1-3 listed under exchanges. Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. If the returned item is working properly, the original shipping cost we paid may be deducted from the refund.

A 15% restocking fee my assessed in certain conditions. Please refer to the specific warranty information in the listing for each product.

For those products supported by Etekcity Corporation, each party will be responsible for one way shipping during the warranty period. Etekcity Corporation is not responsible for applicable International tariffs such as broker fees and customs duties.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued in order to process a replacement or to authorize a return for warranty repair. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Etekcity Corporation will, at its sole option, replace or repair the defective unit with a replacement after the defective unit is received. Once the product is received, Etekcity Corporation will send out a replacement unit to the customer by ground service (subject to inventory availability).

Please do not return any unauthorized items to Etekcity Corporation, as they will be refused. The RMA number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. Our warehouse is not authorized to accept returns without an RMA number on the shipping label.

Defective Item Return

Customer must carefully pack defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.

Manufacturer Direct Warranties

If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, please return the unit direct to Manufacturer, unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt).
